order your Arun Thai Natural™ products today, using our
safe and secure online shopping. However, postal
regulations limit the size of parcels to 20kg (for some
European countries) or to 30kg. So if you intend to
order greater volume, you will need to contact us
directly to organize a special volume discount price and
to make a different shipping arrangement.
Probably the
best way to arrange your larger Arun Thai Natural™
export order is to come to beautiful Chiang Mai, sit
down and meet with us over a pot of green tea and to
arrange for your export order in person. It’s a lovely
thought and many people actually do choose to do it that
way.
However, in
a less than perfect world, we appreciate that not
everyone has the luxury or the time or money to do it
that way. So, how to go about it?
On the “contact us” page of this website, please just
send us a quick email and we’ll respond within 1-3 days
with a detailed price list which also shows our
wholesale prices for larger quantities. Once you’ve
decided what and how many you think you want, let us
know by email and we’ll check the various postage or
shipping choices and prices and email those back to you
as soon as we can. Once you’ve decided on the final
product volume and shipping mode, you can still make
your payment through Paypal.
Then, when
your order is completed, we will advise that it has been
shipped and roughly when you can expect it to arrive.
Our orders are sent out with detailed invoices to make
the receipt of the order easier in terms of paying any
applicable import duty and any VAT. For large commercial
freight orders, we organize the customs paperwork to
ensure rapid exit from Thailand and also minimal import
duty and rapid clearance on arrival.
We have no “wholesale limit” – just a sliding scale of
pricing where buying one bottle of oil obviously costs
more per unit than buying 20 or 50 or 500 bottles. We
understand that small shops and businesses don’t have
the cash flow, storage space or customer turnover to
make very large orders – and we’re more than happy to
take orders as small as our customers like, as long as
those customers also realize that the postage per unit
for sending one or five bottles is much higher than
sending a big order.
We can use any method of postage or shipping that our
customers prefer and have no specific commitment to one
shipping agent. We’re happy to supply orders as part of
a large container with a pre-determined shipping date.
We can also recommend shipping agents and have a great
deal of experience to assist our customers. So whether
we’re sending a 25kg box sea mail through the regular
postal service, shipping a FedEx Economy Box or
supplying products by the pallet load for packing into a
container by a commercial shipping agent, we’re happy to
